By Air
Your wonderful trip starts at Salvador International Airport, aboard the plane taking you to Kiaroa. Abaeté dunes, the blue sea and the coastline soft geography profiles already are, on their own, a gift. By land from Salvador
Another option is by land, by highway BR-324, crossing Baía de Todos os Santos ("All Saints Bay") by ferry-boat and, passing through Itaparica Island, arriving at the city of Camamu. From there, on boats or launches, Maraú river is run between mangroves and islets, Barra Grande port is reached. From there to Kiaroa it is quick, only 10 minutes, by resort vehicles that are already waiting for you. Total route is approximately 370km, which lasts 6 hours on average..
By land from Ilhéus
You can also get there through Ilhéus and, by boat or land, run more or less 170km, about 3
hours, passing through very beautiful landscapes with intense vegetation, typical of the Atlantic Forest.
